Memories of Munich

I watched some gymnastics at the London 2012 Olympics and found myself comparing with the 1972 Olympics, thus introducing Olga Korbut, the all-star favourite Russian gymnast during the Munich games. She was born in 1955 and represented her country in The 1972 Olympics and stole the hearts of the public because of her charm and diminutive figure. Even though 17 at the time, she looked about 12. She certainly belied her real age. 

I have fond memories of watching her perform when I was only 21.
